WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective date: 11 July 2026
These Website Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of cashforcarremovalperth.com, including its forms, telephone numbers, chat facilities, quote-request tools and related services.
The website is operated by the sole trader operating under the business name Cash for Car Removal Perth. In these Terms, “Cash for Car Removal Perth”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of cashforcarremovalperth.com.
Our contact email is:
help@cashforcarremovalperth.com
By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, using the chat function or calling a telephone number displayed on the website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of our service
Cash for Car Removal Perth is a lead-generation and referral website.
We do not ordinarily:
- inspect, value, purchase, sell or take ownership of vehicles;
- provide binding vehicle quotations;
- operate towing or vehicle-removal services;
- dismantle, wreck, recycle or dispose of vehicles;
- make payments for vehicles;
- complete vehicle-transfer documents;
- provide mechanical, financial or legal advice; or
- enter into the vehicle sale or removal agreement with the customer.
We collect enquiries and refer or transfer them to one or more independent car buyers, vehicle-removal operators, wreckers, recyclers or related service providers selected by us (“Preferred Partners”).
The Preferred Partner, and not Cash for Car Removal Perth, is responsible for inspecting the vehicle, determining eligibility, making or confirming an offer, arranging collection, making payment, completing its transaction documents and providing the requested vehicle-related service.
2. Commercial referral arrangements
We may receive a fee, commission or other commercial benefit from a Preferred Partner when an enquiry satisfies agreed lead-qualification criteria.
The customer is not separately charged by Cash for Car Removal Perth for submitting an enquiry through the website.
Our commercial relationship with a Preferred Partner may influence which partner receives an enquiry. Referral to a partner does not mean that the partner will necessarily provide the highest offer available in the market.
Customers remain free to obtain quotations from other businesses before accepting an offer.
3. Independent Preferred Partners
Preferred Partners are independent businesses. They are not our employees, branches, agents, franchisees, joint-venture partners or legal representatives.
Any reference to “our partner”, “our preferred team”, “our removal team” or similar wording means an independent Preferred Partner and does not mean that the relevant business is owned, operated or controlled by Cash for Car Removal Perth.
Preferred Partners are expected to maintain the registrations, licences, permissions and insurance required for their operations. However, licence, registration, insurance and service information can change. Customers may request evidence directly from the Preferred Partner before proceeding.
We do not guarantee the continuing licence status, financial standing, availability, conduct, workmanship or suitability of any Preferred Partner except to the extent that a guarantee cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Referral of your enquiry
By submitting a website form, using the chatbot, sending us an enquiry or proceeding with a telephone call, you authorise us to:
- collect the information you provide;
- assess and qualify the enquiry;
- disclose the enquiry and your contact details to one or more Preferred Partners;
- route or transfer your telephone call to a Preferred Partner;
- permit a Preferred Partner to contact you about the enquiry by telephone, SMS or email; and
- keep records reasonably required to administer and verify the referral.
An enquiry may be referred to Preferred Partners simultaneously or sequentially, depending on location, availability, service requirements and our commercial arrangements.
Submitting an enquiry does not oblige you to accept an offer or proceed with a Preferred Partner.
5. Contact from Preferred Partners
A Preferred Partner may contact you using the details you provide for the purpose of:
- discussing your vehicle;
- requesting further vehicle information;
- providing or confirming an indicative quotation;
- arranging an inspection;
- arranging collection;
- confirming payment or documentation requirements; and
- completing or following up the requested transaction.
Consent to contact you about a current enquiry does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated or ongoing marketing.
A Preferred Partner wishing to send future marketing must obtain any additional consent required by law and provide legally required identification and opt-out facilities.
Once your details have been lawfully disclosed to a Preferred Partner, that partner will handle them under its own privacy practices and legal obligations.
6. Recorded telephone calls
Telephone calls made through numbers displayed on the website may be recorded, monitored, stored, transcribed or reviewed for enquiry handling, quality assurance, training, security, dispute resolution and compliance purposes.
A recording notice and consent mechanism may be provided before the call is transferred.
By providing affirmative consent and continuing with a recorded call, you consent to:
- the conversation being recorded;
- the recording being stored and reviewed;
- the recording being made available to Cash for Car Removal Perth and the Preferred Partner handling the enquiry; and
- information contained in the recording being used for the stated purposes.
A person who does not consent to recording should not continue with the recorded call and may instead contact us by email.
Preferred Partners and other participants are also expected to comply with applicable recording and surveillance laws.
7. Quotes, valuations and offers
Any value, price range, calculator result, example, estimate or potential payment amount displayed on the website is general information only.
Cash for Car Removal Perth does not make a binding offer to purchase a vehicle.
Any initial amount communicated by a Preferred Partner may be an indicative estimate based on information supplied by the customer. The Preferred Partner may confirm, revise or withdraw that amount following:
- physical inspection;
- verification of the make, model and year;
- verification of vehicle condition;
- verification of registration, VIN or ownership;
- discovery of missing parts;
- assessment of accident, mechanical, flood, fire or structural damage;
- assessment of accessibility and location;
- market or scrap-value changes;
- discovery that supplied information was incomplete or inaccurate; or
- any other factor relevant to the vehicle’s lawful value or removal.
The customer should obtain and understand the Preferred Partner’s final offer before accepting it.
8. “Up to $9,000” claim
References to payment of “up to $9,000” describe a potential maximum amount available for certain qualifying vehicles through Preferred Partners.
The amount is not a minimum, average or guaranteed payment.
Actual offers may be substantially lower and depend on factors including:
- make and model;
- manufacturing year;
- vehicle type;
- mileage;
- registration status;
- mechanical and structural condition;
- accident or flood damage;
- completeness and missing components;
- parts and resale demand;
- scrap-metal value;
- vehicle location and accessibility;
- ownership and documentation;
- market conditions; and
- physical inspection by the Preferred Partner.
Not every vehicle will qualify for the maximum amount.
9. Illustrative payout statistics and figures
Some counters, weekly payout amounts, totals, statistics, animations or financial figures displayed on the website may be included solely to demonstrate how the service works or to illustrate potential activity.
Unless a figure is expressly identified as current and verified, it must not be interpreted as:
- a live business record;
- the actual amount paid in a particular week;
- the amount paid by Cash for Car Removal Perth;
- a guaranteed level of Preferred Partner activity;
- a representation of the average customer payment; or
- evidence that a future customer will receive a similar amount.
Payments for vehicles are made by Preferred Partners, not by Cash for Car Removal Perth.
10. Collection times and availability
References to collection within two hours, urgent collection, same-day service or similar timeframes describe intended or potential availability through Preferred Partners.
Collection times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Actual timing may depend on:
- the customer’s location;
- traffic and road conditions;
- Preferred Partner availability;
- operating hours;
- vehicle accessibility;
- towing requirements;
- weather;
- breakdowns or operational delays;
- the accuracy of information provided;
- completion of ownership checks; and
- circumstances outside reasonable control.
Service availability may vary across Perth, Mandurah, Rockingham, Wellard and surrounding areas.
11. Free collection
Standard vehicle collection offered through participating Preferred Partners is represented as free to the customer.
Before accepting an offer, the customer should confirm directly with the Preferred Partner that no towing or collection charge applies to the particular vehicle and circumstances.
A Preferred Partner must disclose and obtain agreement before providing any separately requested or non-standard service that attracts a charge.
Cash for Car Removal Perth does not itself invoice or collect towing or removal charges.
12. Customer responsibilities
By submitting an enquiry, you represent that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
- you own the vehicle or have lawful authority from the owner to deal with it;
- the vehicle is not stolen;
- you will disclose any finance, security interest, dispute, co-ownership, court order or other restriction affecting the vehicle;
- you will not impersonate another person;
- you will provide documentation reasonably requested by the Preferred Partner;
- the vehicle can be accessed without unlawful entry or unreasonable risk;
- you will remove personal belongings before collection; and
- you will comply with obligations imposed personally on you as seller or owner.
You must not use the website to arrange the disposal of a vehicle that you do not lawfully own or have authority to sell.
13. Ownership and vehicle-transfer requirements
The Preferred Partner will determine what identification, proof of ownership, vehicle documentation and transaction documents it requires.
However, using a Preferred Partner does not remove any legal duty that applies personally to the customer as the registered owner, seller or licence holder.
The customer is responsible for checking and completing any seller obligations imposed by the Western Australian Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure or another relevant authority.
Cash for Car Removal Perth does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that a Preferred Partner can complete every obligation on the customer’s behalf.
14. Vehicle eligibility
Preferred Partners determine which vehicles they can lawfully accept.
Eligibility may depend on the vehicle type, condition, ownership, location, registration status, documentation, accessibility, safety and any applicable legislation or licensing requirements.
A website enquiry does not guarantee that a Preferred Partner will accept or collect the vehicle.
15. Agreement with the Preferred Partner
If you accept a quotation or arrange collection, the resulting agreement is between you and the relevant Preferred Partner.
That agreement may include additional terms regarding:
- inspection;
- final price;
- collection;
- cancellation;
- access;
- proof of ownership;
- transfer documentation;
- payment;
- risk;
- disposal or recycling; and
- complaints.
You should read and understand the Preferred Partner’s terms before proceeding.
Cash for Car Removal Perth is not a party to that agreement and does not receive or hold the vehicle purchase payment.
16. Payment
Payment method, amount and timing are determined between the customer and the Preferred Partner.
Depending on the circumstances and what is legally available, a Preferred Partner may offer payment by bank transfer, cash or another agreed method.
Cash for Car Removal Perth:
- does not guarantee a payment method;
- does not process or hold customer funds;
- is not responsible for payment delays or disputes; and
- does not issue the purchase receipt unless expressly stated otherwise.
The customer should not release the vehicle until satisfied with the agreed payment and documentation arrangements.
17. Cancellation
Submitting an enquiry does not commit the customer to a transaction.
A customer or Preferred Partner may be entitled to cancel or decline a proposed transaction, subject to any agreement already entered into between them and any applicable law.
Questions about cancellation after accepting an offer or booking collection must be directed to the relevant Preferred Partner.
18. Testimonials and reviews
Testimonials displayed on the website may have been supplied by Preferred Partners and may concern services performed by those Preferred Partners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a testimonial should not be interpreted as a review of:
- Cash for Car Removal Perth itself;
- the referral process;
- every Preferred Partner;
- every customer experience; or
- a guaranteed outcome.
Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another customer will receive the same price, timing or service.
We may edit testimonials for spelling, length or readability, but must not intentionally change their substantive meaning.
19. AI-generated and illustrative images
Images on the website may be generated or modified using artificial intelligence and are used for illustration, design and representation only.
People, vehicles, uniforms, cash, tow trucks, equipment, premises, logos, licence plates, yards and other visual elements shown may be fictional or stylised.
An image does not necessarily depict:
- the website operator;
- an actual employee;
- an actual customer;
- a particular Preferred Partner;
- an actual payment;
- an actual vehicle collection;
- an owned fleet, yard or premises; or
- the exact service that will be supplied.
20. Website information
We attempt to keep website information useful and reasonably current. However, information may contain errors, omissions, outdated details or temporary technical issues.
We do not guarantee that:
- the website will always be available;
- every enquiry will be successfully delivered;
- a Preferred Partner will respond within a particular time;
- every location will be serviced;
- every vehicle will receive an offer;
- displayed prices or availability will remain unchanged; or
- the website will be free from all faults, malware or interruptions.
21. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s written content, branding, layout, graphics, generated images, icons, forms, software elements and other materials are owned by or licensed to the website operator.
You may view and use the website for personal, lawful enquiry purposes.
You must not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce substantial website content;
- copy or imitate the website or branding;
- scrape or harvest information;
- interfere with the website;
- use automated systems to submit enquiries;
- use content for misleading or unlawful purposes; or
- falsely represent an association with us.
22. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- submit false, fraudulent or misleading enquiries;
- provide another person’s information without authority;
- attempt to sell a stolen vehicle;
- interfere with call routing or tracking systems;
- introduce malicious software;
- misuse a Preferred Partner’s contact information;
- use the website in breach of law; or
- submit abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful material.
We may block access, decline an enquiry or preserve relevant records where misuse is suspected.
23. Third-party websites and services
The website may contain links, maps, widgets, embedded content or services supplied by third parties.
We do not control third-party websites or their content, security, availability, privacy practices or terms.
Accessing a third-party service is at your discretion and may be subject to separate terms.
24. Complaints
Complaints concerning a vehicle quotation, inspection, payment, collection, conduct of a driver, transfer documentation or another service performed by a Preferred Partner should first be made directly to that Preferred Partner.
Complaints concerning:
- this website;
- how an enquiry was referred;
- website content;
- use of personal information by Cash for Car Removal Perth; or
- a recording retained by Cash for Car Removal Perth
may be sent to:
help@cashforcarremovalperth.com
We may assist by identifying the relevant Preferred Partner, but we do not guarantee that we can resolve disputes arising under a customer’s separate agreement with that partner.
25. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
26. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash for Car Removal Perth is not liable for loss arising from:
- the acts or omissions of a Preferred Partner;
- a quotation being revised or withdrawn;
- a partner declining a vehicle;
- collection delays;
- payment disputes;
- incomplete or incorrect transfer documentation;
- damage caused during collection;
- loss of property left in a vehicle;
- unauthorised use of a vehicle by a person claiming to be its owner;
- direct marketing conducted independently by a partner;
- interruption or failure of website, call-routing or communication systems;
- reliance on illustrative figures or images contrary to their accompanying qualifications; or
- information supplied inaccurately by a customer or third party.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or economic loss, loss of opportunity, loss of profits or loss of data.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify the website operator against loss, liability, claim or expense arising directly from:
- your material breach of these Terms;
- false information supplied by you;
- your lack of ownership or authority over a vehicle;
- your unlawful use of the website; or
- your infringement of another person’s rights.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the loss was caused or contributed to by our negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of a non-excludable legal obligation.
28. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By submitting information, you acknowledge that your enquiry may be disclosed to one or more Preferred Partners and processed using third-party technology and communications providers.
29. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, referral model, technology, partners or law.
The updated Terms apply from the effective date shown on this page. Continuing to use the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
30. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down to the minimum extent necessary or severed. The remaining provisions will continue to operate.
31. No waiver
A failure or delay in exercising a right under these Terms does not waive that right.
32. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
You submit to the courts having jurisdiction in Western Australia, subject to any legal right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
